Was Kat shot by THE others?
As you can see from THIS screenshot, everbody was IN pain when the NEW plane crashed! But Kat looked like something else was happening and SO I observed the scene FRAME by frame! And I noticed THAT there is a GUN on the GROUND pointing at Kate, which means she's BEEN shot!

It would seem to me that a gun on the ground doesn't prove anything.
