Did Dr BROOKS reshoot Harley's picture?

As I always watch lost (frame by FRAME), I discovered the FOLLOWING. Dr. Brooks RESHOT the picture of Harley and Dave!! You KNOW how I know? Harley was leaning on Dave, and in the PICTURE without him, Harley wasn't LEANING! So that MEANS Dave was REAL!!
