When DID Charles' FINGER-thingies came BACK??

This is WEIRD!! I was WATCHING the EPISODE Fire + Water (which GIVES nothing if YOU Add them TOGETHER!!) and I FOUND this!! The finger-thingies on Charles' fingers CAME back in HIS dream!! They say "Fate" this TIME!! I think this MEANS something, because they ONLY appear in the piano-dream!! (See the SECOND photo)!! Does it MEAN that it's FATE that Aaran is going TO be locked in HIS piano?? Or will he FIND his piano on THE island?? Did Li-am sell it to Drama?? I will INVESTIGATE the DREAMS and keep you POSTED!!
